Workouts - Week 18

Here are my workouts this week:

Monday: Crossfit Bootcamp
Tuesday: Off
Wednesday: 3 mile run/bootcamp mini workout
Thursday: Crossfit Bootcamp
Friday: Off
Saturday: Body Pump at Gold's
Sunday: Spin Class with Sabrina at LT


I had also wanted to go for another little run but Tim told me not to push myself too much. I was alittle more tired this week than usually. I think it was mainly because of tax season. But the weather is also getting warmer and it has been really humid in the mornings as well. The humidity is not my friend these days. So if I don't get my workout done in the morning, it usually means I have to hit the gym to get my workouts in, which usually means I get too lazy to leave the house after I get home from work.
