Our doctor wants us to come in to see how the baby is since I have been spotting. It could be totally normal but since I have miscarried early on before they want to check it out to make sure.
Our appointment was at 9:45am. We arrive about 5 minutes early. I am so nervous. Nervous enough to make my tummy hurt. We get called back pretty quickly and we sit in room. I swear it seemed like it took the doctor hours upon hours to come in. But in reality it was only about 5 minutes. She walks in, than the intern that is shadowing her, her nurse, and her nurse's helper. There were 6 people in that tiny room. I felt important. She does her housekeeping and tells me that I ovulated from the right side. She than sees the baby. We than get to listen to the heartbeat. I just couldn't believe it. It was the greatest sound I have ever heard.
